Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene liners, and labels are intact.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse confirms the item's condition.
